Hellstar Return & Exchange Policy: Hassle-Free Returns & Easy Swaps
At Hellstar, we want you to love your clothes and accessories! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with hassle-free returns and easy exchanges.
30-Day Returns:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached and packaging. Just contact us at [email address removed] and we'll guide you through the process. Important: Please don't return anything without contacting us first – returns without authorization won't be accepted.
What Can Be Returned:
- Items in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed items
- Items in original packaging
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items:
If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know immediately at admin@hellstarofficialcloth.com. We'll handle the issue ASAP.
Exceptions to Returns:
Some items, like hygiene products and custom orders, can't be returned due to safety reasons. We also don't accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. If you're unsure about an item's return eligibility, just ask!
Exchanges:
Want a different size, color, or style? We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for what you want. This ensures the fastest way to get your new stuff.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is going to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it without reason. The same eligibility criteria as above apply.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
